Our Staff

• Jack Reynolds has been Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company since November 1996.  For approximately 15 years prior to joining American Title, Mr. Reynolds served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Trans Title Company, which he co-founded in 1977.  He has 34 years of experience in the title industry.
  
• Samantha Gage was appointed Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the Company in August 1996. Ms. Gage has held various positions with American Title since March 1994. She has been Senior Vice President since February 1995, and Corporate Secretary since April 1995. Ms. Kane also held the position of Corporate Counsel until September 1997, at which time she was appointed as General Counsel. From March 1990 to March 1995, Ms. Kane served as the Vice President and General Counsel of Allied Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
  
• Sam Keene was joined the Company as Senior Title Examiner in August of 1997. Prior to American Title, he was the owner of Century 21 Capitol Realty, a residential real estate brokerage company.

• Patricia Simons has been Office Manager of the Company since its formation. During the five years prior to joining the Company, Ms. Simons held the position of Administrative Manager of Harvard Mortgage. Ms. Simons has 18 years of experience in the title industry.
